Who we are
GM English Hub ("GM English Hub", "we", "our") is a private English language school registered in Lao PDR. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information from students, parents, volunteer applicants, and website visitors.
What we collect
For student enrolment: name, age, parent contact details, placement results. For volunteer applications: name, contact details, nationality, date of birth, education and experience details, languages, motivation letter, CV, profile photo, and (where required) a copy of an identity document and criminal background check results. For contact form messages: name, email, subject, message. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
To process applications, communicate with applicants and students, comply with Lao education and child protection regulations, and operate the school. Volunteer documents are accessed only by authorised GM English Hub staff and stored in a restricted, access-controlled system. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@gmenglishhub.org. We respond within 30 days. Volunteer application records are retained for 3 years for safeguarding reference purposes.
