To expand opportunity for children in rural Laos by building real English skills and confidence, while connecting Lao and Hmong communities to a wider world of learning, friendship, and possibility.
A generation of confident, multilingual youth from Laos's villages, equipped to pursue education, careers, and cross-cultural opportunity wherever life takes them — without losing their roots.
Why English. Why here.
English skills open pathways to higher education, tourism and hospitality careers, and international exchange programs.
Programs are built around — not instead of — Lao and Hmong language, customs, and community life.
Volunteers bring new perspectives, friendships, and ideas directly into rural classrooms and homes.

Our mission & vision
For many children in rural Lao villages, the chance to learn English rarely makes it past the city limits — yet it can open doors to education, work and the wider world. GM English Hub partners with primary and secondary schools in remote villages where qualified English instruction is hard to come by, and pairs them with volunteers from around the world.
