Five everyday habits that quietly improve your English

Consistency beats intensity. The students who improve fastest at GM English Hub are not the ones who study six hours on Saturday; they are the ones who spend twenty focused minutes every single day.

  1. Read one short article in English with your morning coffee. A single news story, a blog post, or a short story is enough. Highlight three words you don't know and look them up.

  2. Talk to yourself out loud for five minutes while walking. Describe what you see, what you plan to do today, or replay a conversation in English.

  3. Keep a tiny vocabulary notebook. Not a list of fifty words — three useful expressions, with one example sentence each. Review yesterday's three before adding today's three.

  4. Listen to one podcast episode on your commute. Don't worry about catching every word; pick one phrase that surprised you and write it down.

  5. Send one message in English each day. Comment on a post, message a classmate, or write a short journal entry. Small, low-stakes writing builds confidence faster than essays.

Try these for two weeks and you will notice the difference — and so will your teacher.
